1. Promotional Offer Overview

 

Evergreen Electric is pleased to offer a limited-time promotional discount for the replacement of a pair of devices, which may include two (2) outlets, two (2) switches, or one (1) outlet and one (1) switch, along with their professional installation.

This offer provides selected devices and installation service at a discounted rate for eligible customers who have received a mailed promotional offer.

The offer applies to replacements using pre-existing, fully functional wiring and electrical boxes.

 

2. Pricing and Discount

 

Our standard installation rate is $199, which includes travel time and one (1) hour of service, with any additional time billed at $99 per hour.

 

Under this promotion:

    •    Replacement of a pair of devices (as defined above) and their installation is offered at a discounted rate.

    •    The discounted rate covers selected devices, travel time, and up to one (1) hour of installation.

    •    Any additional time required will be billed at the standard rate of $99 per hour.

 

To redeem, customers must apply the promo code provided in their mailed offer during the online form submission at the time of scheduling.

 

3. Eligibility and Limitations

    •    This offer applies only to the replacement of a pair of devices — two outlets, two switches, or one outlet and one switch.

    •    Customers may choose between standard or decorative style devices as part of this promotion.

    •    Existing wiring and electrical boxes must be pre-existing and fully functional.

The promotion does not cover:

    •    New installations

    •    Wiring or box repairs

    •    Electrical system upgrades

    •    The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

    •    Any additional services beyond the device pair replacement (e.g., troubleshooting, fixture installations, new wiring, repairs) must be scheduled separately.

Attempting to add non-promotional services during the same appointment will void the promotional discount, and standard rates will apply.

 

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

    •    Customers must schedule using our online form and apply the promo code at the time of scheduling.

    •    If additional services are needed, they must be booked separately at standard rates.

    •    Customers may reschedule once without penalty (subject to availability).

Additional reschedules may incur a $50 fee.

 

5. Appointment Duration and Scope

    •    The promotional rate assumes the replacement can be completed within one (1) hour, including setup and cleanup.

    •    If the installation exceeds one hour due to complexity, access issues, or other factors, additional time will be billed at $99 per hour.

    •    Evergreen Electric reserves the right to refuse service or void the promotionif:

    •    The wiring or boxes are not functional

    •    Additional services are requested during the appointment

    •    The scope exceeds the original promotional offer

 

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

    •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will retain eligibility for future promotional bookings.

    •    Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will void the promotional discount, and any rebooked appointment will be at standard rates.

    •    No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time without notice) will also void the promotional offer, and rebookings will be charged at standard rates.

 

7. Geographic Availability

    •    This promotional offer is available exclusively to residents of Ulster County, NY.

    •    Appointments booked outside Ulster County will be billed at standard ratesand may incur additional travel fees.

 

8. Expiration and Modifications

    •    This promotion is valid for bookings made on or before June 30, 2025, unless otherwise extended or terminated by Evergreen Electric.

    •    Appointments booked before this expiration date may be scheduled for a later service date and still qualify for the promotional rate.

    •    Evergreen Electric reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bookings made with a promo code before any changes will be honored at the original promotional rate.

 

 

9. Customer Acknowledgment

 

By scheduling an appointment under this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Acknowledgment.

You also agree to schedule any additional services separately if needed, in order to maintain eligibility for the discount.
