By booking a service with Evergreen Electric, you agree to the following:
Services
Evergreen Electric provides licensed electrical contracting across a wide range of services, including repairs, installations, upgrades, and custom projects for residential and commercial clients.
Pricing & Payments

Service Fee: Every job, unless quoted in advance, incurs a $149 service fee. This includes up to 30 minutes of labor, travel time, assessment of the electrical issue, troubleshooting, and any work completed within the first 30 minutes upon arrival.

Hourly Rate: After the first 30 minutes, labor is billed at $99 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.

Parts & Materials: All electrical components used are billed separately, based on actual usage and reflecting fair market value at the time of service. Sales tax is included in the listed price. An itemized materials list is available upon request.
Estimates & Agreements

Price Quotes & Estimates: For quoted services or project estimates, pricing and payment terms will be provided in writing before work begins.

Contracts & Proposals: For larger jobs, a formal contract or proposal will be provided. If accepted, a signed copy is required before work begins. The estimate or quote will specify all terms and conditions.
