Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

  • Service Fulfillment: Evergreen Electric fulfills services by performing licensed electrical work at the client’s location.

  • Scheduling: Services are scheduled once a booking is confirmed. Start times may vary depending on availability and client needs.

  • Completion of Services: A service is considered fulfilled once the agreed work has been performed, tested, and confirmed to meet applicable standards.

  • Documentation: Upon completion, clients receive an invoice, payment receipt, and any applicable warranty or guarantee for the work performed.

  • Rescheduling: If unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, emergencies, or material delays) require rescheduling, Evergreen Electric will notify the client promptly and arrange a new service date.
