Cancellations with Notice: Bookings canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded, less any costs already incurred (e.g., permits or materials).

Late Cancellations: Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Completed Services: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Any concerns will be addressed under our workmanship guarantee.

Deposits & Contracts: For larger jobs requiring a deposit or signed contract, terms will be outlined in the estimate or proposal provided in advance.
